When looking for a recipe for something you’d like to try making, always review a number of recipes before deciding which to follow. Chances are you’ll start to see many similarities and well as differences. Among them you’ll find one that suits you.

Don’t be afraid to change a recipe, though you don’t want to mess too much with dessert recipes. But when it comes to savory dishes, changing it to suit your preferences and diet choices is not only okay, but expected. You’ll soon find, when you’ve looked at enough of them, that you’ll know what ingredients you can change and what you can’t; what instructions must be followed and which ones you can adapt.

When it comes to cooking in general, a recipe is simply a guide. Let it inspire you; allow your imagination roam and create your own unique dish. That’s the fun.

Great website. I like your long hair too! Good luck and I look forward to the weekly newsletter! Did you ever write another cookbook?
