What You Get

The Details

Classes are designed around your customized menu of 3 to 4 dishes and typically last approximately 3 hours for preparation and dining

More extensive menus requiring additional dishes or time will be subject to an additional fee.

Groups can be any size

The Cost

$150 per person, plus groceries billed at cost

Minimum to book a Private Class:

• $800 Sunday–Thursday

• $1000 Friday; $1,200 Saturday

Travel: Free within 20 miles of Hartford, Connecticut; $1.50 per mile thereafter

1- 4 people: See Private Lessons

Where

I’m available for classes throughout Connecticut, especially Hartford, Fairfield and Litchfield Counties; Westchester County in NY; as well as NYC and The Berkshires in MA

But of course if you happen to live in Rome, I’ll be happy to be flown out.
