All of the recipes in this personal collection are original (unless stated otherwise). Some come from dishes I served in my Restaurant Biscotti and have been made thousands of times. Others are family recipes from the Calabria region of Italy, while others are new discoveries or new twists on old favorites. Regardless of where they originated each has my unique stamp: simple, fresh, with a distinctive style that is purely me. Now they’re yours to make, enjoy and share with others.
