These banana bread cookies are perfect with your morning coffee or afternoon tea. I’ve never been much of a baker…until recent years. I started baking my own cookies, scones and quick breads or muffins on a regular basis because I love baked goods but I literally can’t stomach the store bought kind. They’re way to sweet and filled with ingredients I can’t pronounce! So I started baking my own. These are like banana bread, but in a cookie! I was inspired by the recipe below which I then doctored a bit by cutting back the sugar to 1/3 granulated + 1/3 brown sugar. I also took a 4 oz dark chocolate bar with sea salt and chopped it into small bits and added that. You’re going to love these!!
