At a time when trusting that we are eating food that truly nourishes us is under serious question, it’s more important than ever to cook. Teaching others how to cook has been a privilege and joy for me for almost 40 years.  Not only do I personally know the gifts of the kitchen: culinary, socially, medicinally  and otherwise…but I have witnessed thousands of times how ANYONE CAN COOK and the freedom and delight my students get from their new confidence in the kitchen.

Whether it’s to seriously learn new skills in the kitchen that you can tailor to your family or dietary needs…or as a fun way to celebrate a special occasion with family or friends…or as a more orchestrated corporate team building event … I tailor all my classes to your specific needs.
