I just pulled out the almond cranberry biscotti from the oven and am waiting for them to cool and I snitched a corner off and had to send a message to you.
I found this recipe by chance (googled gluton free biscotti) and took a chance. They are absolutely delish!
I added candied italian orange peel instead of zest and used half dried cranberries, half sour dried cherries.
